All of our condos have the convenience of a ground-floor
walkout so that you can step directly from your lanai
onto Pointe Santo’s welcoming tropical sanctuary----There
are NO stairs or elevator between you and the beach!

of Sanibel’s activities. Unique shops, quaint
restaurants, over 35 miles of paved bike paths, wildlife
sanctuaries, fishing, boating and more are all close
